5 year limited warranty for the original retail purchaser ("Consumer"), Hoodoo Sports, LLC., products are warrantied against material or manufacturing defects. This warranty is from the original date of purchase, warranty is non-transferable.The limited warranty does not apply to the following: normal wear and tear, abrasions, chipping, color fading or aging of the product, damages by accident, neglect, or improper use or handling, products determined to have been used for any activity other than an activity customary for the product, products that have been structurally altered or modified, or that have been used for commercial or rental purposes. For kayak warranty kayaks must be registered with serial number within 60 days of receipt of shipment or from local pickup or from purchase from authorized dealer for warranty to be valid.
